"Indonesia is a country with a high degree of plurality, threatsof conflict and hostility are very vulnerable," he said here on Saturday (12/4).

According to him, every person has rights, the fulfillment of thehuman rights are prone to possible conflict on account ofthe level of sensitivity and willingness of each person to toleratedifferences.

In this regard, he added, the diversity became one of the nations strengths in realizing social harmony and unity.

While the harmony could only be achieved when the rights of every citizen are met, and each group is free of all forms ofdiscrimination and acts of intolerance. Therefore, in this respectpluralism and human rights are inseparable things in achieving the nations ideals and objectives.
